Letter to ACCC opposing Woolworths plan to use exclusive at-bowser petrol payment system to grow their credit card business.

NARGA opposes the proposed exclusive dealing associated with the Woolworths contactless payment system for petrol.  Our view is that the proposed 12 months exclusivity period is being requested for the primary purpose of giving the Woolworths card product an advantage in the credit card market.
